Emerald Coast Zoo Farmers Market Vendor Consent

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Emerald Coast Zoo Farmers Market! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all, we ask that you carefully read and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Vendor Responsibilities:

1. Cleanup & Waste Management: Vendors are responsible for keeping their booth area clean and for disposing of all trash and waste properly. At the end of the market, vendors must leave their space as they found it, free of debris and personal belongings.

2. Permits & Licenses: All vendors must have the appropriate permits, licenses, and certifications required by local, state, and federal authorities to sell their goods. This includes, but is not limited to, food safety permits and business licenses.

3. Insurance: Vendors are required to carry their own liability insurance. The Emerald Coast Zoo is not responsible for any damages, loss, or injuries that may occur during the market.
Booth Setup & Breakdown: Vendors must set up and break down their booths within the designated timeframes. Set up can begin as soon as 9:00 am. The zoo opens to guests at 10:00 am. Tear down must be done by 4:00 pm when the zoo closes. Late arrivals and early departures must be approved in advance.

4. Product Quality & Integrity: Vendors must ensure that all products sold are of high quality, properly labeled, and comply with all applicable regulations.

5. Behavior & Conduct: Vendors must conduct themselves professionally and courteously towards customers, fellow vendors, and event staff. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the market.
